They had been stolen during the front passage of World War I, and today, after more than a hundred years, the two splendid chandeliers return to illuminate the Hall of Honor on the second floor of the Villa Pace. They are two handcrafted creations made of Murano glass – with gilded decorations and lights of twelve and six – by master glassmakers of the Arte di Murano company on commission from the de Pace family.
Arte Di Murano was founded in 1986 thanks to the intuition of a young entrepreneur, Alfonso Morgillo, and is now a Made in Italy excellence. The two chandeliers were designed and made to measure, respecting the directions suggested by Teresa Perusini and Giacomo de Pace, who supported their creation.
Two precious jewels that illuminate with charm and elegance the splendid Hall of Honor of the Villa under the watchful gaze of Maria Theresa of Austria.
