Villa Pace opens its doors to creativity and is an ideal location for a wide range of audiovisual projects: from photo shoots, to the creation of elegant corporate videos, to film shoots. The Villa’s spaces are available for rent, with the possibility of reserving the entire facility or just a few rooms, thus adapting to the needs of each individual project. Whether photography for advertising or filming for music videos, the magic of Villa Pace is ready to become the perfect stage for bringing extraordinary creative works to life.
Rental options
Choose your space
Versatile spaces that can be customized according to the needs of the individual event are one of the strengths of this mansion. In particular, for those who do not wish to rent the entire structure, it is possible to choose from the Villa’s rooms namely the hall of honor to accommodate up to 85 people, the finely furnished lounges and dining rooms with their splendid fireplaces for smaller events of 30 to 80 people or the east barchessa which has four halls, two on the ground floor and two on the second floor, and can accommodate about 150 to 160 people.
The magnificent west-facing park provides a picturesque setting for outdoor events, from a small reception to a party with 100-150 guests.
Also available to guests is a large private parking lot that can hold up to 60 cars.
